This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-term contract that has already been established for five years, with a further five years remaining. The role will be based primarily across Darlington, with travel between sites using a shared company vehicle. You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across HVAC systems, fault finding, and supporting the wider engineering team in maintaining critical building services. The ideal candidate will have experience working in controlled environments such as hospitals, laboratories, food production facilities, or other highly regulated settings.
