Static HVAC Engineer - Reading - Commercial Property

We are seeking a highly competent and reliable Static HVAC Engineer to join our team in Reading. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems within a range of commercial properties.
What You''ll Do:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a range of HVAC systems and equipment, including:* Air handling units (AHUs)* Chillers* VRF systems* Fan coil units (FCUs)* Boilers (if applicable)Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC problemsCarry out repairs and installations of HVAC components and systemsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and industry standardsMaintain accurate records of work performed and materials usedWork independently and as part of a team
What You''ll Need:
A proven track record as an HVAC engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experienceA strong understanding of health and safety regulationsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsExperience with a range of HVAC systems and equipment in commercial settingsCity and Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in HVAC (or equivalent)
