We are recruiting for HVAC Technician As a CBRE HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance. This job is part of the IFM team. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. What You''ll Do: - Ensure all duties are done in a timely manner. - Carry out PPM''s such as Low-Level Outlet flushing, fire alarm test, emergency lighting etc - Contractor monitoring, issuing permits to work and ensuring contractors are working to correct procedures. - Carry out remedial works from the back of PPM''s if needed. - Carry out reactive tasks as and when necessary, from client requests - Minor installation works - Be able to build a good customer relationship - Install, repair, adjust, service and maintain electric or pneumatic control systems used for building heating, ventilation, air conditioning...
