Position - HVAC DesignerLocation: Tewkesbury Salary/Package: £45,000 £55,000 per annum, (DOE), 25 days Holiday plus banks, Company Perks, Pension and more.Purpose of the RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced HVAC Designer to join a growing construction and building services business based in Gloucestershire area.This is an excellent opportunity for an HVAC Designer with strong Revit and CAD experience to work on a range of commercial and industrial projects, developing detailed HVAC designs from concept through to construction.You ll work in a superb team as a HVAC Designer, collaborating, sharing ideas and information where necessary.Key Responsibilities Produce detailed HVAC designs, layouts and technical drawings using Revit and CAD.Develop HVAC systems for new-build and refurbishment projects.Undertake and/or support heating and cooling load calculations and system sizing.Select appropriate HVAC equipment and components.Coordinate mechanical designs, structural and other MandE services.Produce design documentation, specifications and associated technical information.Review designs during construction and assist with resolving technical/site issues.Attend project meetings and liaise with clients, contractors and project teams.Ensure designs comply with relevant UK Building Regulations, CIBSE guidance and industry standards.Assist with the development and improvement of internal design standards and processes.Manage multiple projects and design deadlines while ..... full job details .....
