Salary: -40,000 - -55,000 per annum + overtime & bonus

We are recruiting HVAC Cooling Engineers to support the continued growth of a well-established and expanding specialist service team. You will join a highly skilled group of 11+ engineers and apprentices, primarily covering the M4 corridor, with occasional UK-wide travel and overnight stays when required.
Role Overview

The role focuses on commissioning, servicing, maintaining, and repairing critical cooling systems in high-dependency environments such as data centres. Engineers benefit from strong work-life balance, door-to-door travel, and industry-leading training.
Key Responsibilities
* Commission and start up newly installed cooling systems
* Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on:
* Chilled water systems
* DX systems
* Economiser cooling
* In-row, perimeter, and containment cooling systems
* Diagnose and resolve technical and performance issues efficiently
* Supervise installation contractors and ensure best practice standards are followed
* Operate in critical environments, including data centres
* Use specialist software and applications for system diagnostics, analysis, and reporting
* Adhere to all health & safety, compliance, and reporting procedures
* Participate in an on-call rota (1 in every 5 weeks)
