About the Role
As HVAC Controls Project Manager in Newtownabbey, you will oversee Building Management System projects across the UK and Ireland. This permanent position, with a salary between £45,000 and £60,000, involves managing multiple assignments from handover through to completion. Key Requirements:
Previous experience as a Project Manager, ideally within BMS or Building Controls.
Knowledge of BMS systems such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or similar.
Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, and customer relationships.
Commercial awareness, including managing project costs and variations.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland.
