HVAC / AHU Site Works Manager Greater Manchester £45,000-£55,000 depending on experience + Company Vehicle Permanent, Full-Time An established HVAC and mechanical engineering business is looking for an experienced Siteworks Manager to take responsibility for the management and coordination of its site-based activities. This is a varied role combining HVAC and air handling technical knowledge, team management, project delivery and customer liaison. The successful candidate will manage a team of Site Supervisors, work closely with the Site Coordinator, and oversee service, refurbishment and mechanical site projects from initial survey and quotation through to planning, delivery and completion. Site activities include air handling unit (AHU) refurbishment, HVAC maintenance, mechanical modifications, repairs, upgrades and replacement works. Key Responsibilities Manage, support and develop the Site Supervisors, monitoring performance, workmanship and standards. Work closely with the Site Coordinator to plan works, allocate resources and ensure projects are properly prepared.
