HV Operations Manager

Our client is a leading Electrical and Instrumentation contractor, delivering engineering, construction, and commissioning services across the energy, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced HV Operations Manager to lead project delivery and client engagement across a portfolio of high-voltage infrastructure projects. Working closely with project managers and commercial teams, you will ensure technical compliance, commercial accuracy, and operational success throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Lead HV projects (up to 235kV) from early client engagement through to completion Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring effective delivery and communication Review project programs, contracts, and risk registers Oversee subcontractor selection and commercial variation handling Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalation processes Key Requirements: Degree in engineering or equivalent technical background HV/EHV operational experience Strong project leadership and client-facing skills Experience in HV testing, termination, and cable pull-in services Contact me for more information. ..... full job details .....
