You will be responsible for producing and reviewing technically accurate documentation, overseeing onsite operations, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities •    Lead the planning, organisation, technical approval, and operational delivery of assigned works •    Manage staff performance, behaviour, and wellbeing within your team •    Take ownership of the onsite customer experience, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded •    Provide technical support to clients and the CRS, resolving queries and issues efficiently •    Undertake site surveys at client request in line with RFQ procedures, collating all required information and feeding back to the CRS •    Support the CRS with client queries, revisions, and amendments in a timely and professional manner •    Effectively manage your time on site, delegating tasks where appropriate to allow availability for technical support •    Ensure works are planned and organised in a timely manner, with teams ...
