      <description>Location: Chelmsford | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Reporting to the Contracts Engineer, the HV Engineer will play a key role in delivering high-quality projects and ensuring client requirements are met at every stage. You will be responsible for producing and reviewing technically accurate documentation, overseeing onsite operations, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards.  Key Responsibilities •    Lead the planning, organisation, technical approval, and operational delivery of assigned works •    Manage staff performance, behaviour, and wellbeing within your team •    Take ownership of the onsite customer experience, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded •    Provide technical support to clients and the CRS, resolving queries and issues efficiently •    Undertake site surveys at client request in line with RFQ procedures, collating all required information and feeding back to the CRS •    Support the CRS with client queries, revisions, and amendments in a timely and professional manner •    Effectively manage your time on site, delegating tasks where appropriate to allow availability for technical support •    Ensure works are planned and organised in a timely manner, with teams ...</description>
