HV Electrical EngineerDoncaster 60-65 an hour12 Month initial contract Essential Skillset:Support HV operations across BESS and grid-connected assets (up to 400kV systems)Application of HV safety rules, switching procedures, and operational standardsExperience with HV switchgear, transformers, protection systems, and grid interfacesSupport development and application of safe systems of work and HV proceduresUnderstanding of HV risk management and operational safety requirementsExperience working with DNO/TSO interface requirements and Grid Code (G99/G100, RfG)Support HV outage planning, switching programmes, and site operationsStrong understanding of HV asset operation and maintenance principlesMaintain and update operational and technical documentationWork collaboratively with contractors to ensure HV safety complianceExperience in BESS, renewables, or grid-scale generation assets preferredDegree qualified in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) If this role is of interest to you, please get in touch with Daisy Black at JAM Recruitment as soon as possible. ..... full job details .....
