The role will work alongside the project team, DNO/utility providers and specialist contractors to ensure all HV works are completed safely and in accordance with UK regulations and project requirements. Typical Duties HV cable installation, jointing, termination and testing. Support metering and substation interface works. Carry out or supervise HV switching and energisation activities. Relay protection testing, calibration and commissioning. Prepare and review switching schedules and RAMS. Coordinate with DNOs, utility providers and client representatives. Ensure compliance with UK electrical and safety regulations. Provide technical support during commissioning and fault-finding activities.
