Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive operational excellence, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and the continued development of your teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop high-performing engineering and project delivery teams.Manage the commercial performance of HV and LV project portfolios, including PandL responsibility.Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Drive health and safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients to secure future work.Support business growth through business development and strategic planning.Mentor and develop ..... full job details .....
