HV Commissioning EngineerLocation: Nationwide / EnglandBasic Salary: 72,000Additional Earnings: Significant overtime potentialCompany Vehicle + Fuel Card 40 Daily Allowance 40 Overnight Spending CardA growing high voltage engineering business is looking for an experienced High Voltage Commissioning Engineer to join their team, working on HV infrastructure projects across England.This is a hands-on role covering the testing and commissioning of electrical systems up to 132kV, including substations, grid connections, renewable energy projects and industrial installations.The Package 72,000 basic salaryOvertime paid at 1.5x after 8 hoursSaturday overtime at 1.5x, increasing to 2x after 5 hoursSunday overtime paid at 2xTypical working pattern includes around 2 hours of overtime per dayCompany van and fuel provided 40 daily away/overnight allowance, paid through payrollAdditional 40 per night spending allowance on a pre-loaded cardTypical commissioning engineers can take home around 5,300+ per month, depending on overtimeEssential Experience3+ years'' hands-on HV commissioning experienceProven commissioning experience up to 132kVMust already have SAP experience/authorisation - this is not a role for someone currently training to become an SAPExperience working across DNO, ICP, IDNO or private HV networksStrong knowledge of HV testing, protection, switchgear and commissioning proceduresComfortable working independently on site and managing commissioning activitiesThe work is ..... full job details .....
