Hungarian Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Interaction Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a specialist IT company looking to expand their multi-lingual team within their modern service office in Peterborough.We are seeking Hungarian-speaking Service Desk Advisers to handle inbound IT support enquiries. This is an ongoing temporary-to-permanent position.Hours: 40 per week, between 7am 7pm (must be flexible with shift rotation and occasional weekends)Pay: £14.22What s on offer: Competitive payOvertime available (time and half)Full training providedWeekly payOpportunity to progress within a growing IT team Duties include: Providing first-line IT support to external clients, resolving queries efficiently and professionallyLogging, tracking, and updating support tickets accurately in the systemTroubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, escalating where necessaryGuiding clients through step-by-step solutions over the phone or via emailMaintaining clear documentation of common issues and solutions to support team knowledgeSupporting the team with general IT tasks and contributing to ongoing process improvementsEnsuring high levels of customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with clients Who we re looking for: Fluent in English and Hungarian written and verbalStrong customer service skillsPrevious call centre experience beneficial but not essentialOrganised and methodical in approach to workPrevious experience in IT support is beneficial but not essential If you are the candidate we are ..... full job details .....
