This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator specialising in History, Geography, Religious Studies, or a combination of Humanities subjects to join a supportive and forward-thinking department.Whether you are an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to begin your career in a nurturing environment, we would love to hear from you.The RoleAs a Humanities Teacher, you will:Deliver engaging and high-quality Humanities lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes progress and achievement.Monitor and support student attainment, providing targeted interventions where necessary.Contribute to the wider school community and departmental development.Maintain high expectations for behaviour, attendance, and academic success.The Ideal Candidate Will HaveQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.Experience teaching Humanities subjects within a UK secondary school setting.Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to raising standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for education and helping young people achieve their full potential.An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).What Veritas Education ..... full job details .....
