Key Responsibilities:
- Teach engaging and insightful lessons across KS3 to KS5 in subjects such as History, Geography, and/or Religious Studies
- Inspire students to explore, question, and understand the worldandmdash;past, present, and future
- Create a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment that encourages independent thought and curiosity
- Use a variety of assessment methods to monitor progress and guide planning
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues to support holistic development
- Take part in enrichment activities, cross-curricular projects, and themed school events
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience working with young people in an educational setting (preferred but not essential)
- Is empathetic, adaptable, and passionate about Humanities education
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and student wellbeing
- Possesses excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
- Is enthusiastic about continuous professional development and contributing to school life
