Supply Desk is currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Humanities Teacher (specialising in RE, Geography, or History) for a well-regarded secondary school in the Milton Keynes area. This is a full-time position starting in September 2025.
The Role:
A resourceful and inspiring educator who can motivate pupils to reach their full potential
Teaching Key Stages 3 to 5 with your specialist subject delivered at KS5 (RE / Geography / History)
Full involvement in lesson planning, delivery, and marking
Adhering to the schoolandrsquo;s behaviour policies and safeguarding procedures
Opportunities for promotion may be available for the right candidate
Candidate Requirements:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience teaching in a UK secondary school environment
Confident in teaching Key Stages 3 to 5
Current valid DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
Able to provide two years of employment references
Positive, proactive, and passionate about teaching humanities
