We are looking for a fully qualified teacher (QTS essential) who is passionate about Humanities and is an engaging practitioner with high expectations and strong classroom management. This is also an excellent opportunity for ECTs looking to secure their first teaching position.

The school is looking for a Humanities Teacher who:

• Is passionate about their subject and demonstrates strong classroom management.
• Can plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive Humanities lessons to students of all abilities.
• Is interested in the science of learning and committed to ongoing professional development.
• Shows excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and contributes positively to a collaborative team environment.
• Has the drive, enthusiasm, and commitment to make a real difference to the lives and life chances of students.

Humanities Teacher Requirements:

• Degree in Humanities or a related Humanities field.
• Relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the KS3-KS4 History curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
