As a Human Tissue Bank Manager, you will take ownership of the company''s human tissue repository, ensuring the highest standards of sample management, regulatory compliance, data integrity, and operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in enabling world-class research within a highly collaborative scientific environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management of a human tissue repository, overseeing the full lifecycle of biological samples. Coordinate sample procurement, registration, storage, inventory management, distribution and tracking. Maintain complete traceability of biospecimens using laboratory information management systems (LIMS). Ensure compliance with HTA regulations, GDPR requirements, research ethics guidelines and internal quality standards. Manage SOPs, quality systems, audits and inspection readiness activities. Work closely with scientists, project teams and data specialists to support research programmes and facilitate access to samples.
