Human Resources Partner

We are now partnering with a large, multi-site Public Sector organisation to recruit an experienced Human Resources Partner on a permanent basis. Please note; this role is predominantly office-based and requires the post holder to be able to work across multiple sites in West/North-West London as required. Free parking is available at all sites. This role requires an experienced Human Resources Partner who can combine sound professional judgement with a practical, solutions-focused approach, helping leaders translate people priorities into positive outcomes. Working with senior and operational leaders across an allocated business area, you will act as a trusted partner on workforce planning, organisational change, people performance and complex employee relations matters. This is broader than a case management role. You will use insight, influence and constructive challenge to strengthen management capability, anticipate workforce needs and support a high-performing, inclusive culture. You will also lead and develop HR Advisors, ensuring managers receive consistent, responsive and high-quality people support.
