HR Operations Manager Permanent Circa £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience Gatwick area Hybrid, minimum two days per week onsiteMacmillan Davies is partnering with a growing organisation to appoint an experienced HR Operations Manager on a permanent full time basisReporting to the People Director, you''ll join a collaborative People team of 13, working alongside HR Business Partners, People Advisors, Learning and Development, and Engagement and Communications.You''ll lead an established HR Operations team of four, two HR Administrators, a Recruitment Coordinator and an additional temporary resource, supporting a workforce of approximately 900-1,000 employees.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can quickly bring structure, pace and excellent service to the employee experience, while helping to improve processes and systems following integration.Key responsibilitiesLead, coach and develop the HR Operations teamOwn the People inbox and end-to-end employee lifecycle administrationOversee recruitment administration and line manage the Recruitment CoordinatorManage the Payroll relationship, improving processes, controls and reportingOversee HR systems, people data, reporting and monthly dashboardsManage benefits administration, including pension salary sacrificeDrive process improvement, standardisation, documentation and system optimisationMaintain strong governance and operational controls across HR administrationAbout youYou''ll have proven HR Operations ..... full job details .....
