      <description>Location: Newbury | Salary: &amp;pound;30000 - &amp;pound;32000/annum | Type: Permanent | HR Advisor  Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week-    Work closely with departments to assist line managers to understand and implement human resources policies and procedures correctly   Promoting equality, diversity and inclusion across the business   Recruitment of staff, including writing &amp; posting advertisements, working with resourcing companies, reviewing applications, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.   Sourcing recruitment platforms and developing methodologies and procedures to support the business in recruiting and selecting the right calibre of staff   Undertaking DBS checks and managing the system online   Update Payroll on new starters to ensure accurate personnel records are on Cleanlink.
