Your responsibilities Provide practical advice to managers on HR policies and employee matters Support employee relations cases, including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee changes Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Support training, development and performance-review activities Assist with payroll information, reporting and HR administration Help review and improve HR policies and processes Support wider people and culture projects Promote an inclusive, engaged and high-performing workplace What we re looking for Previous experience in an HR Officer, HR Advisor or similar ..... full job details .....
