Human Resources Manager

We are recruiting for a Human Resources Manager to join our Droitwich Depot within our Müller Milk and Ingredients business. Location: Droitwich Depot - WR9 0LW Contract: Full-time Permanent Competitive salary: (paid monthly) Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) What you''ll be doing Leading the delivery of the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to exit Building strong relationships with trade unions and site stakeholders to support business goals Coaching and supporting managers on people matters, policies and best practice Driving engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the site Using HR data and insights to influence decision making and improve performance Supporting workforce planning, talent development and succession activity Working closely with recruitment and HR teams to deliver an excellent candidate and onboarding experience What we''re looking for Experience across core HR generalist activities with a solid understanding of HR policies and legislation Confidence delivering training and coaching ..... full job details .....
