This is a broad and varied role, covering both strategic people initiatives and hands-on HR delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and managers across the organisation, providing trusted advice and helping to ensure the organisation has the people, culture and capability needed to achieve its objectives. The role would suit an experienced HR professional looking to move into a purpose-led organisation, or a strong HR generalist ready to take their first step into a management role. The role You will take ownership of a broad people remit, balancing day-to-day HR delivery with longer-term organisational development. Key areas of responsibility will include: Developing and delivering people and organisational development strategies. Supporting organisational change, culture development and continuous improvement.
