      <description>Location: London | Salary: &amp;pound;60000 - &amp;pound;80000/annum | Type: Permanent | HR Director   UK Remote | Permanent | London meetings approximately once a quarter   I’m working with a rapidly growing UK company to find an HR Director who enjoys bringing people together and building the foundations that help a business grow well.  This HR DIrector role is a broad leadership role at a time of change. You’ll lead an existing HR team while shaping a more joined-up people function across the group. There is plenty to develop, from the way roles and career paths are structured to reward, early careers and opportunities for people to move and grow within the business.  The HR Director role is for someone who can think strategically and still enjoys the hands-on side of HR. You’ll need to work closely with senior leaders, help people navigate change and turn good ideas into practical approaches that managers and employees can use.
