Human Resources Business Partner

Due to continued growth and internal promotion, a leading manufacturer of electronic products for advanced engineering applications is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its team. A key appointment, you will responsible for providing expert HR support across the entire employee lifecycle while driving best practice in areas such as employee engagement, wellbeing, and performance. Working closely with senior leaders, you will help shape and develop a high-performing, engaged workforce that supports the company''s strategic objectives. Candidates are sought with working in a fast-paced environment (manufacturing, engineering, logistics, distribution, etc) The Role Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organisation s overall business objectives. Contribute to continuous improvement projects with HR functions Review, update and implement HR policies, procedures and processes. Partner with the senior leadership team, providing expert guidance and support. Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across all levels of the organisation. Provide coaching, training and advice to managers, promoting best practice and consistency. Support managers in attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
