We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented
Mandarin-speaking HR Business Partner (HRBP)
to join our Human Resources team. This role is critical in supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while also driving recruitment, HR system administration, employee development and engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders to deliver efficient HR operations and foster a supportive and compliant work environment.1. Employee Lifecycle and Process ManagementManage the end-to-end onboarding process, including new hire documentation, induction sessions, and right-to-work checksCoordinate internal mobility processes, including transfers, promotions, and probation reviewsOversee offboarding processes such as exit interviews, final payroll coordination, and leaver documentation2. Recruitment and Talent AcquisitionCollaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment plansPost vacancies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and provide feedbackSupport the onboarding of new hires to ensure a smooth integration experience3. HRIS and Records ManagementMaintain and update the HR Information SystemEnsure accuracy of employee records and support data integrity for audits and reportingGenerate regular HR reports for absence, turnover, and compliance metrics4. Leave and Absence ManagementOversee holiday requests and entitlement trackingManage sickness, maternity/paternity, and other statutory or company leave types in line with UK employment lawLiaise with payroll and managers to ensure proper leave handling and records5. Employment Contracts and ComplianceManage employment contracts, contract variations, and other HR documentationEnsure all HR documentation is legally compliant and regularly updated in line with UK employment legislationMaintain digital and physical personnel files6. Employee Development and GrowthCoordinate learning and development activities, including mandatory and skills-based trainingSupport performance review cycles and employee development plansWork with managers to identify high-potential talent and succession planning opportunitiesImplement employee engagement and wellbeing initiativesSupport Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) programmesAct as a point of contact for employee relations queries and escalate complex issues where necessaryRequirements:Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR Generalist, HR Advisor, or HRBP roleSolid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practicesExperience managing HR systems and recruitment platformsStrong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentiallyCIPD qualification (Level 3 or above)Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven or multinational environmentKnowledge of employee wellbeing or learning and development initiativesFluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and ..... full job details .....
