If you''re motivated by influencing strategic outcomes and navigating high-risk HR challenges, this could be a perfect fitWhat You’ll Be DoingProviding expert advice and support to senior managers and heads of departments on both strategic and operational HR policyDelivering guidance to senior managers on organisational design and leading on change activity, including job design, service redesign, restructure and redundancyBuilding effective and productive relationships with recognised trade unions, advising and supporting collective mattersProviding support to management on complex and high-risk cases, such as employment tribunal claimsEncouraging effective people management competencies by supporting, coaching and influencing senior management on performance management, succession planning, reward, and employee relationsWhat You’ll NeedStrong experience providing HR support at a senior level within a complex, unionised environmentA deep understanding of employment law, organisational design and employee relationsThe ability to manage multiple strategic and operational priorities while building strong relationships across all levelsCIPD qualification (Level 7 or equivalent experience) preferredExcellent influencing and coaching skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approachJames Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.We try to respond to all applications personally; however, due to high volumes this isn’t always possible.
