Human Resources Business PartnerEdinburgh, ScotlandPeople Partner (Employee Relations)Permanent 55,000 plus 6,000 car allowance plus 10% bonus.Four days on site, one day from homeA regulated infrastructure business is appointing a People Partner to support its operational team.This is a hands-on, ER-led generalist position rather than a policy role.The roleManage employee relations cases end to end, including grievance, disciplinary, performance and absenceAdvise and coach operational managers on policy, procedure and employment law complianceReduce case volume through early intervention and upstream resolutionDesign and deliver manager training on performance and absence managementSupport the Senior People Partners on restructure and organisational change projectsMaintain accurate people data and produce team reporting in line with GDPRExperience requiredBackground as an HR Advisor, ER Specialist or People PartnerStrong UK employment law knowledge and current live casework experienceDemonstrable track record of advising and influencing senior operational stakeholdersExperience designing and delivering manager trainingExposure to organisational change and restructureCommercially minded, numerate and comfortable managing shifting prioritiesCIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent practical experiencePackageCompetitive pension, 6,000 car allowance, bonus scheme , BUPA healthcare, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, life assurance, holiday purchase scheme and cycle to ..... full job details .....
