You will play a vital role in ensuring our policies, procedures, and employment practices are applied consistently and effectively. Our hybrid working approach means you''ll divide your time between our headquarters, hospital locations, and home. You''ll be confident using Microsoft Teams and telephone to deliver advice remotely while developing strong, professional relationships with stakeholders across the business. You will work in close partnership with HR Business Partners and collaborate with colleagues across Recruitment, HR Administration, Learning and Development, Training, and Legal to ensure a seamless employee experience from start to finish. You will provide a professional, responsive and customer-focused HR advisory service to managers and employees across Synnovis.
