      <description>Location: Totton | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Temporary | Description   The Human Resource Advisor is responsible for supporting and guiding both employees and management including providing expert guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. This role ensures compliance with employment legislation, fosters positive employee relations, and contributes to the positive working environment.
