What you''ll be doingAs an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team and ensuring the smooth running of HR operations. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and maintaining HR records, trackers, and data to ensure accuracy and compliance.Processing employee documentation, including contracts, payroll changes, and benefits administration.Supporting HR-related queries from colleagues and providing guidance on policies and procedures.Arranging and scheduling meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.Assisting with HR reporting and compiling key HR metrics.Supporting the administration of employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives.Ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment regulations.
