Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and leading a dedicated HR team of three, you will play a pivotal leadership role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused HR service across the organisation. You will develop and implement people strategies that support both the organisation''s strategic objectives and day-to-day operational priorities, ensuring the workforce is engaged, supported and equipped to drive organisational success. Such duties will include but will not be limited to: Provide leadership, direction and support to the HR team, ensuring the delivery of efficient, proactive and solutions-focused HR services that contribute to organisational objectives, meet key performance indicators, and support the successful delivery of the organisation''s People Strategy.
