Overview

HR Support, The Law Support Group is seeking a HR Systems Manager to join their growing UK and international professional services firm. This is a permanent, hybrid role (3 days per week in the London office). The role involves managing the HRIS and leading on the delivery of business-critical analytics, with line management responsibility for a small team of HRIS and Reporting Analysts.Responsibilities

Lead and manage the maintenance and optimisation of the HRIS, futureproofing against business changes and growth.Take ownership of the firm’s data integrity and security within the HR system.Act as the subject matter expert and champion of the HRIS; manage releases/upgrades and collaborate with external partners to provide resolutions.Use system improvements to drive operational stability, process automation and innovation across all offices.Develop and deliver comprehensive analytical reports to support strategic HR initiatives.Analyse data trends and provide actionable insights to HR and leadership teams.Partner with the wider HR team as well as key stakeholders in Finance and other departments to understand their data and HR system needs and deliver tailored solutions.Provide training and support to the HR team and other users of HR systems.Lead HR systems projects, including new implementations and enhancements — managing timelines, budgets and resources effectively.Qualifications

Creative, innovative and ambitious with solid experience in HRIS and Analytics management or a Team Leader role.Experience of line management in a similar capacity.Ideally experience using SuccessFactors and familiarity with other relevant analytical tools.Experience within a law firm or professional services (partnership) environment is highly desired but not essential.Demonstrable experience managing or leading a HRIS and Analytics team/function is essential.Ability to work with stakeholders across HR, Finance and other departments to deliver tailored solutions.Willingness to train and support HR users of HR systems.Additional information
