The position requires both technical knowledge and effective communication to work with cross-functional teams.What You Will Do: Develop and refine Human Factors requirements for physical user controls, ensuring they align with industry standards and project goals.Analyse quality data related to user controls and utilise insights to enhance requirements and solve issues.Provide Human Factors expertise in the design and development of new physical user interfaces.Conduct Human Factors assessments, including evaluations of human error and workload, to optimise user interaction.Perform requirement testing and produce detailed reports to inform design decisions.Collaborate with UX Designers and Product Owners to integrate user controls into the overall vehicle user experience.
