      <description>Location: Bristol | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Contract | About the Role   We are working with a leading organisation in the defence and advanced technology sector, currently seeking a  Human Factors Engineer  to join a high-performing and well-established team.  This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping cutting-edge systems used across land, air, and sea domains. You will be involved throughout the full development lifecycle, ensuring systems are safe, intuitive, and optimised for real-world operational use.  The successful candidate will contribute to the design and development of mission-critical technology, with direct exposure to end users and the opportunity to influence system design from concept through to delivery.
