Human Factors Consultant Remote Working Setup (hybrid with occasional client site visits) 55,000 - 70,000 Base Salary + Benefits PackageUK Citizenship required to meet security criteria.Summary of duties;Provision of leadership in the delivery of engineering and technical activities through the application of process, domain knowledge and experience.To produce the requirements, strategy and delivery plan required to support a nuclear facility capability.To lead the HF contribution in support of the safety case delivery.To provide HF advice and guidance, aligned to relevant good practice.To prepare / check HF Integration Plans.To prepare / check and approve HF deliverables in support of the safety assessment.Technical Skills;Human Factors Assessment techniques including but not limited to: Hierarchical Task AnalysisTabular Task AnalysisSystematic Human Error Reduction and Prediction AssessmentHuman Error Quantification Techniques (e.g. HEART and THERP)Human Dependency Modelling (Direct and Indirect)Human Error Reduction methodsInputs to Fault Tree and Event Tree modellingKnowledge of engineering principlesUnderstanding of regulation and HF standardsUndertaking HF assessments in support of safety case productionStrong communicator, including undertaking assessments and writing safety reportsEnsuring compliance with relevant regulations and good practiseApplication of ALARP and risk reduction principlesServices advertised by Gold Group are those of an Agency and/or an ..... full job details .....
