The successful candidate will have a strong operational background and a proven track record of delivering assurance, driving safety campaigns, and embedding best practices across complex projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage health and safety operations across the programme, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards. Review and sign off Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). Conduct incident investigations and produce detailed reports. Develop and monitor HSS KPIs and performance metrics. Design and deliver toolbox talks and HSS campaigns to promote a positive safety culture. Support and interface with engineering and management teams across all levels. Drive occupational health initiatives and ensure integration into project delivery. Produce assurance and technical reports/presentations using MS Office and Teams.
