Key Responsibilities Lead and promote Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental standards across the business. Develop and implement HSQE policies, procedures and continuous improvement plans. Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. Conduct audits, site inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations. Develop safe systems of work and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Deliver toolbox talks, training and guidance to employees and management. Manage external accreditations including Achilles, CIRAS, RISQS and ISO certifications. Liaise with external bodies including the HSE, local authorities and Environment Agency.
