HSQE Manager

HSQE Manager Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 per annum Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week Job Type: Permanent We are looking for an experienced HSQE Manager to join a well-established structural steel fabrication and construction businessThis is a hands-on role responsible for leading Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (HSQE) across the business, ensuring compliance while driving a positive and proactive safety culture.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and promote Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental standards across the business.Develop and implement HSQE policies, procedures and continuous improvement plans.Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.Conduct audits, site inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.Develop safe systems of work and ensure corrective actions are implemented.Deliver toolbox talks, training and guidance to employees and management.Manage external accreditations including Achilles, CIRAS, RISQS and ISO certifications.Liaise with external bodies including the HSE, local authorities and Environment Agency.Support compliance with relevant UK legislation and the Building Safety Act 2022.Maintain accurate HSQE records and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.About YouYou will ideally have:NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent - essential.At least 5 years'' HSQE management experience, ideally within construction, manufacturing, fabrication or engineering.Strong knowledge of UK health and safety ..... full job details .....
