The Role The HSQE Manager is responsible for the management of the Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (HSQE) systems across the site. This influential leadership role provides strong technical knowledge, a focus on balancing compliance with operational realities, and driving a culture of continuous improvement in safety, quality and environmental performance of the Gosport Sheet Plant. Main Duties and Responsibilities Ensuring legal compliance is maintained to a high standard for HSQE, keeping up to date with any changes in legislation. Carrying out risk assessments and considering how risks could be reduced and develop Safe Systems of Work throughout the plant. Monitoring the effectiveness of the Group H and S Policy, recommending changes and additions if necessary, and the provision of advice to employees.
