Enhance employee engagement and foster a positive, proactive culture around Health and Safety. Develop and implement an annual improvement plan for Health and Safety. Create, manage, and update HSQE policies and procedures. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with legal and company standards. Oversee risk assessments and ensure safe working procedures are in place. Report and respond to accidents, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and corrective actions. Perform site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks when necessary. Assist with third-party interactions, including councils, HSE, and environmental agencies. Support departmental managers in implementing changes through training and guidance. Help maintain accreditations such as CHAS and ISO 9001. Work with department heads to assess training needs and develop solutions. Facilitate training on Health & Safety matters to ensure responsible behavior.
