HSQE Manager

Catch 22 are recruiting for an experienced HSQE Manager on behalf of a well-established and growing Facilities Management business based in Wokingham.Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance across a large multi-site portfolio, ensuring high standards are maintained while driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the business.Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver HandS, environmental and quality trainingMaintain CHAS, ISO 14001 and support ISO 9001 accreditationsConduct accident investigations and implement preventative measuresReview risk assessments and safe systems of workDevelop policies, procedures and compliance documentationLead toolbox talks and promote a positive safety cultureAttend customer sites and company meetings across the region About You: Previous experience within the cleaning or FM sectorIOSH qualification (or equivalent HandS qualification)Strong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, COSHH and compliance processesExperience managing ISO systems, CHAS and quality accreditationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel What''s on Offer: Salary circa £43,000 - £45,000Flexible working arrangementsMileage allowance for site visitsOngoing training and developmentSupportive and friendly working environmentFree parking and employee recognition schemes If you''re an experienced HSQE professional ..... full job details .....
