Purpose of the role To provide day-to-day support to the HSQE function by coordinating Integrated Management System (IMS) activity, maintaining records, supporting audits, monitoring actions and ensuring HSQE information is accurate, current and readily available. Key Responsibilities Help maintain IMS documents, registers, review schedules, version-control records and compliance evidence. Support internal, external, ISO, RISQS, client and supplier audits, including schedules, evidence packs, findings and action trackers. Maintain close call, incident, non-conformance and corrective-action records, following up and escalating overdue actions. Gather and check HSQE performance data, including FWI, AFR, close calls, incidents, inspections and non-conformances.
