Working closely with operational and project teams, you will be responsible for promoting a positive HSQE culture, ensuring compliance with legislation and company standards, and driving continuous improvement across multiple sites. The Role Support project delivery teams on all matters relating to health, safety, quality and environmental compliance. Conduct site inspections, audits and workplace assessments. Monitor compliance with company procedures, industry standards and UK legislation. Lead or assist with incident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Produce reports, inspections and performance data for management teams. Coach, mentor and support site management teams in the delivery of HSQE best practice.
