Position: HSQE Advisor and AdministratorDepartment: Service Engineering (UK Branch) Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Fully Onsite - Colnbrook Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 (40 hours per week) Flexibility required, including occasional night work for site audits Salary: 34,000 - 36,000 per annumOverviewAn established and growing engineering services organisation is seeking an experienced HSQE Advisor and Administrator to support its UK branch. This role is key in ensuring high standards across Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental practices, working closely with engineering teams and wider business functions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide HSQE support and guidance to engineering teams and the wider businessPrepare, review, and maintain Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)Maintain and update HSQE logs, records, and compliance documentationCoordinate and manage:Training schedulesPAT testingTool calibration programmesMonitor and advise on current HSQE legislation and ensure continued complianceConduct on-site safety and quality audits for employees and subcontractorsSupport environmental reporting, including:Carbon footprint trackingWaste data reporting to central HSQE teamAssist with general office and administrative tasks when requiredSkills and Experience RequiredProven experience in a Health and Safety-focused role, ideally within engineering or service environmentsStrong understanding of HSQE processes and complianceAbility to manage documentation ..... full job details .....
