Role Purpose To support the company''s Head of HSQE and Contract Managers and provide leadership for HSQE. To develop and implement HSQE best practice and promote compliance with company values and HSQE policies, ensuring compliance with current HSQE legislation as well as with the customers'' HandS policies and procedures. Build effective relationship within all stakeholders across the business and with customers. Main Duties and Responsibilities Always Promote Health and Safety to both internal and external customers.Seek out opportunities for improvement whilst maintaining service levels.Develop HSQE measures with a view to exceeding customers expectation.Meet business requirements whilst ensuring customers demands are fulfilled.Drive and achieve key internal and customer safety and training KPI''s.Understand HSQE program, including accident and near miss reporting and safety audits. Carry out behavioural safety audits, attend site safety meetings.Ensure timely HSQE updates are using appropriate tracking and data systems.Set up audit schedulesMonitor audit activities - reporting on and creating action plansConduct frequent internal audits.Create audit reports and action plans and follow up ..... full job details .....
