HSEQ Officer

Our client is looking to recruit a HSEQ Officer on a permanent basis. Main Assist the Operations Director to manage the Company s HSEQ programme in line with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Provide an assurance and audit role in the company Assist staff and sub-contractors in respect of compliance with relevant legislation, client standards and contractual arrangements Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis of the HSEQ performance of the business Drive philosophy of safety ownership throughout all levels of the organisation. Assisting with developing, promoting, and monitoring of the HSEQ culture Conduct accident and incident HSEQ reports and investigation Maintain site safety records Carry out quality checks Arrange external testing Ensure traceability of product and maintain records Have a commercial awareness when it comes to budget constraints of the organisation Proactive monitoring of site operators competency accreditations along with maintenance of training database Assist in the development of an in-house training and development programme Carry out training if within competency level Assist with workplace inspections Assist with method statements and risk assessment Risk assessment review Documentation review Prepare and distribute meeting minutes Utilisation of HSEQ Management software Provide support and advice to the Directors, other Management, and non-senior managers.
