Warrington£50-60,000Car package Role Overview To lead and continually improve the Company''s Health and Safety performance, ensuring safe systems of work, effective risk management and compliance with legal, client and industry requirements. The role will provide leadership across Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental matters, with Health and Safety as the primary focus. Particular emphasis will be placed on the safe delivery of highways, roadworks, civil engineering and construction activities, including compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards and ISO 45001:2018, with working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. Key Responsibilities Lead and promote a positive Health and Safety culture across the business. Develop, implement and continually improve Health and Safety policies, procedures and safe systems of work. Provide practical Health and Safety advice and support to operational and site teams. Lead site inspections, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions. Monitor legal, regulatory, client and certification compliance and communicate relevant changes.
